John not only has years of experience on the topic, but his passion for guiding, supporting and informing his audience is outstanding. I really enjoyed how he made it a point to engage the participants and provide the opportunity for discussion and questions. He has an easy style, is upbeat and the content was totally relevant. I agree...the key to being a success in this business is to keep an eye on what is coming. John has definitely done his homework!
